FOUNDER
James attended Burnside High School in Christchurch, New Zealand, achieving an equivalent-ATAR of 99.90.
He studied for one year at the University of Canterbury before transferring to the University of Sydney, where James achieved 1st Class Honours in a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical and Biomolecular)/Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). At university, he held an executive position in 180 Degrees Consulting.
James undertook several internships, including in engineering (Oil Search), equity research (Infinitas Asset Management) and consulting (PwC, Mastercard).
James is based in Sydney and currently works as an Associate Managing Consultant at Mastercard.

Saanika Rana

Saanika attended Willoughby Girls High School in Sydney, NSW. She was a HSC Distinguished Achiever with four Band 6s.
She studied a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical and Biomolecular)/Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) at the University of Sydney, graduating with 1st Class Honours. At university, she held an executive position in Engineers Without Borders where she explored humanitarian engineering and assisted in coordinating the Connectivity Program.
Saanika has a passion for the water industry and undertook several internships (Sydney Water, Jacobs).
Saanika is based in Sydney and currently works as a Water Engineer at Aurecon.

He studied a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)/Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) at the University of Sydney, graduating with 1st Class Honours. At university, he was the President of 180 Degrees Consulting and part of the Sydney Consulting Club Case Competition Squad.
Aiman undertook several internships, including in technology consulting (Deloitte), sales operations (Google), strategy consulting (Kantar) and product development (Neara, Amazon).
